Anti-Modern Slavery Policy
1. Policy Statement
1.1. Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It takes various
forms, such as slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labor, and human trafficking.
Conceptial Inc is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all its business dealings,
and we have a zero-tolerance policy toward modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labor,
and other forms of exploitation within our business and supply chain.
1.2. The aim of this Policy is to ensure that Conceptial Inc, its affiliates, and their
(sub)contractors act in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and other applicable
legislation related to the prohibition of modern slavery, maintain the highest standards
of business practice, and advise individuals of our zero-tolerance approach.
1.3. This policy applies to all persons engaged by us or acting on our behalf in any capacity,
including employees at all levels, directors, officers, agency workers, seconded workers,
volunteers, interns, agents, contractors, external consultants, third-party representatives,
and business partners.
1.4. This policy does not form part of any employee(s) contract of employment and may be
amended at any time.
1.5. Conceptial Inc is committed to publishing an annual Modern Slavery Statement, as required
by the Modern Slavery Act 2015, outlining the steps taken to identify and mitigate risks
within our business and supply chain.
2. Our Business & Supply Chains
2.1. Conceptial Inc is a consulting and services organization operating across multiple
markets. Our supply chain primarily involves vendors and contractors providing technology,
consulting, data management, and operational support services, which are generally
considered low-risk sectors for modern slavery and human trafficking.
2.2. Despite the relatively low risk, Conceptial Inc implements robust policies and procedures
to ensure modern slavery and human trafficking are not tolerated in any form.
3. Company Measures to Prevent Modern Slavery
3.1. To prevent modern slavery and human trafficking, Conceptial Inc implements the following
measures:

3.2. Conceptial Inc regularly reviews and updates its policies to address emerging risks and
ensure ongoing compliance.
4. Due Diligence & Risk Management
4.1. To ensure compliance within our supply chain, Conceptial Inc applies the following
measures:

4.2. In the event of suspected or confirmed incidents, Conceptial Inc will investigate,

review internal procedures, and report outcomes in the annual Modern Slavery Statement.
5. Effectiveness & Performance Indicators
5.1. Conceptial Inc monitors the effectiveness of this policy through supplier due diligence
outcomes and review of any reported concerns.
5.2. As of the effective date of this Policy, Conceptial Inc is not aware of any confirmed cases
of modern slavery or human trafficking within its operations or supply chain. Any future
allegations will be promptly investigated and addressed in accordance with legal
requirements.
